ABOUT COASTAL INFLATABLES: Coastal Inflatables showroom is moving on May 22, 2012 to 16 Swamscott St, Newfields, New Hampshire. Coastal Inflatables was founded in June of 2005. We started our business with the goal to provide quality inflatable boats at a fraction of the price of some of our well known, and expensive, competitors such as West Marine, Zodiac, & Mercury (just to name a few). We are the exclusive importer and distributor of Coastal Inflatable boats supplied to us by our manufacturer located in Korea. We work with our manufacturer to add features to our boats to improve the quality of our product. Some of these features are available only in Coastal Boats. In 2008, we expanded our products to include Tohatsu Outboard motors.

We work very close with the manufacturer to produce the boats just the way we want them. Quality is of the up most importance to us. The "V" shaped inflatable keel hull affords excellent seaworthiness for coastal and estuary waters, also ideal for use as tenders, recreational, fishing and diving craft. Coastal Inflatables are fully compliant CE Category "C" for inshore use, unlike many competitors' boats which are only "D" category for inland use. Our warranty program has been increased to 5 years! That is how confident we are in our boats!

How can we afford to offer our quality boats at such an affordable price? Since Coastal Inflatables deals directly with our manufacturer, we purchase our inflatable boats at extremely reasonable prices which we pass on directly to you, our customer. We purchase our boats in large quantities directly from our manufacturer and have them shipped to directly to Boston, MA. This allows us to eliminate many of the transportation costs that contribute to the high prices of our competitor's boats. We keep our overhead low as possible. We then pass on these savings directly to our customers. Our company has experienced a rapid growth in the past few years. In 2008, we added a showroom to better display our boats to our customers. We market our boats using our company web site as well as being an exhibitor at the local boat shows throughout New England. Boat shows are our favorite way of allowing our customers to see firsthand the quality of our boats. Once you see them for yourself, the boats sell themselves! Customers can better appreciate the quality and the workmanship put into our boats when they can get the opportunity to see them "firsthand". Our boats do not lack quality when compared to more recognizable brands such as Zodiac and are very similar in design and quality. In fact most of our customers believe they are every bit as good even though price is significantly less than what you would pay for the other boats.

We reduce costs at every opportunity without sacrificing Customer Service. Customer Service is what drives our business. We realize excellent customer service is the key to any successful business. At Coastal, we do not "nickel & dime" our customers at every opportunity. Some of our competitors attempt to "nickel & dime" their customers by charging for seats or charging for extended warranty coverage. This will not happen at Coastal.

We are constantly seeking ways to improve our boats: We add features to our boats that our customers have requested to make our product better. We listen to our customers. Coastal was one of the first to offer aluminum floors. We put davit lift points on all our inflatable boats. We include splash guards on most of our boats. In 2011, we added a heavier around, durable rubber strake (from 90mm to 110mm). We also added a tie down for the outboard's gas tanks. We listened to our customers and upgraded the hand pump that is included with every boat to the BRAVO 4-ALU Heavy-Duty, High Volume Hand Pump with pressure gauge. We also upgraded the straps that hold the boat seats to a heavier, dual layer strap.
In 2012, we added a 2" access hole at the rear of our air & aluminum floosr to allow for a hand pump to access below the deck to pump out any water that may accumulate between the deck and the bottom of the boat. This is another idea from some of customers. We will continuously add features to our boats to make our product even better.
